The Grant County Historical Society is a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit organization that manages the new Grant County History Museum in Lancaster, WI and the Mitchell-Rountree Stone Cottage in Platteville, WI. GCHS also maintains a Research Center in conjunction with the Grant County Genealogy Society in Lancaster.
